Organic Plant Based Multivitamin

This Plant based multivitamin does not have a synthetic time released capsule.  Simple ingredients with no added binders or synthetic coatings.  You should strive to get your nutrients from the foods that you eat.  Sometimes that can be hard with on the go lifestyles.  I like this because I am not a huge fan of a lot of artificial fillers and ingredients.  I have a sensitive stomach and I like that I can fluctuate my dose from one to three pills and only take what I can tolerate and what I need.  You don't get that flexibility with most vitamins.
